‘With the new agency offices, we were seeking to create a place that fosters a sense of identity for our employees and clients alike,’ explained Stiller. In order to satisfy this objective, our architects drew up a spatial plan serving as a modern social utopia. An agile, open-plan community with dynamic processes, held together by a strong, immovable connecting element.
Therefore, the centrepiece of the new Heimat offices is an imposing counter that stretches 30 metres diagonally across the entire length of the agency and invites regular communication.
Inspired by the historic village streets, with the buildings scattered side by side in a row, the individually designed office fronts at the new Heimat headquarters complement the counter by creating an exciting ‘street façade’.
